Its integrated 30 lb calibrated spring delivers the same tamping pressure with every use, helping create a level, evenly compressed coffee bed that promotes balanced extractions and repeatable results.
The low-profile palm design sits comfortably in your hand, allowing you to apply straight downward pressure without the wrist fatigue often associated with traditional tampers. Combined with a maximum tamping depth of 18.5mm, it helps produce a consistent puck from shot to shot while giving you excellent control throughout the process.
Built from durable 304 stainless steel and CNC-machined anodized aluminum, the Palm Tamper V2 is made to withstand years of daily use. A matching tamper stand keeps your workspace organized and protects the base when not in use. The precision 58.5mm flat base fits snugly inside most 58mm precision baskets, and the interchangeable base system allows compatibility with additional sizes (sold separately).
