The Orbital WDT Tool uses eight ultra-fine 0.3mm needles to break apart clumps and evenly distribute coffee throughout the basket before tamping. Its smooth rotating design, supported by dual bearings, creates a consistent distribution pattern while the magnetic base keeps the tool securely stored between shots. An additional set of eight replacement needles is also included.
After distribution, the Gravity Distributor levels the coffee bed with minimal effort. Its unique snowflake-inspired base automatically adapts to the height of the coffee puck, eliminating the need for manual depth adjustments. Smooth bidirectional rotation and magnetic alignment make it comfortable to use while helping create an even surface for tamping.
The final step is completed with the Calibrated Tamper. Designed with a progressive spring mechanism, it gradually builds pressure before delivering a precise 30 pounds of force with a satisfying audible click. Unlike conventional calibrated tampers that apply pressure abruptly, the PUCKS tamper promotes a more even compression across the puck for improved extraction consistency.
